RDX now presents a superior punching bag with improved features that allow for ideal momentum and resistance. The cylindrical bag designed for hitting trainees is now available with improved functionality. The RDX Superior punching bag can not only withstand the toughest training sessions, but also allows for maximum force dispersion. The weights of the pre-filled punching bags are as follows:
Pre-filled 1.5 m punching bag: approx. 20 - 22 kg (maximum filling capacity 50 - 60 kg)
The same weight and filling capacity are also recommended for unfilled punching bags.
