HB001 SET 3in1 ONE FITNESS is a set of hip band rubbers. Their main use is to develop buttock muscles and the whole group of thigh muscles. They can be used as individual equipment and using them one can do a full workout addressed to the lower muscle groups. Additionally, combination of HB20 and other equipment takes the same exercises to a higher level of difficulty. Such exercises include for example barbell squats. When using the rubbers each rep means one engages the adductor muscles to the work of quadriceps, biceps and gluteal muscles.
